Sourced from two trellised, low yielding vineyards from different altitudes. The lower altitude vineyard adds structure and ripe fruit flavors. The higher altitude vineyard (1,968 to 2,296 ft.) adds acidity and depth. Manually harvested at peak ripeness to ensure soft and plush tannins. Cold macerated for 72 hours before fermentation.
